Ross hears 48-person docket
A 48-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
‘ Ramona R. Martin was ordered to serve 60 days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation, public intoxication and violation of probation.
‘ Bobby Farless and Leslie Farless were both ordered to serve 30 days and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
‘ John Tyler Poe was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for simple possession of drugs.
‘ Donna Byrd was given an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend conflict management for assault.
‘ Vivian Joyce Taylor was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $100 plus costs and attend conflict management for domestic assault.
‘ Rita Y. Dodson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $100 plus costs and attend conflict management for domestic assault.
‘ Agnes Vaughn was fined $100 plus costs for domestic assault and failure to appear in court.
‘ Kelly Cunningham was bound to the grand jury on the charge of prescription fraud.
‘ Jack Andrew Smith was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft over $1,000 and criminal trespassing.
‘ Jason Shawn Sullivan was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $136 restitution and a $50 fine and must stay out of Wal-Mart for two years for shoplifting.
‘ John Allen Judkins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.
‘ Lydia Judkins must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and make $214 restitution for theft.
‘ April Hickey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
‘ David Robert Taylor must perform eight hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.
‘ Gabriel Anaya Moreno must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation and criminal impersonation.
‘ Robert Bradford Jr., had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
‘ Michael Pack must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
‘ Jason Madewell was directed to serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.
‘ Emerson John Watson must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.
‘ Amy Williams had her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
