Billie Vivian Jones, 85
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Brummitt Funeral Home in Trezevant with burial following at Trezevant Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service today at the funeral home.
She was a retired clerk with the U.S. Postal Service, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of First Baptist Church. The daughter of the late Miles Thomas and Myra Octavia Smoot Chastain, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Webb Jones; sisters, Myra Elizabeth Chastain, Elsie Murial Chastain and Zora Trail Chastain Waldrop; brothers, John Thomas Chastain, Ray Smoot Chastain and Travis Davis Chastain; and three infants who died at birth.
She is survived by daughters, Myra Jane Jones Charleston; and husband, Allen Louis Charleston of Trezevant; Laura Fay Jones McDaniel and her husband Jerry T. McDaniel of Clarksburg, Olivia Sue Jones Jordan and husband, Ronald William Jordan of Huntingdon; sons, Richard (Dickie) Webb Jones of Trezevant and Lewis Ray Jones and his wife Lisa Lifsey Jones of Cedar Grove; brother, Edwin Ezekial Chastain of McMinnville; grandchildren, James Bradley Kinney, Sue Ann McDaniel, Myra Lynnette Jordan Hildrich and her husband Joshua Hildrich, Ronald William Jordan Jr. and wife Tara Nelson Jordan; and step-grandson, Jeremy McDaniel; and two great-grandchildren, Robert Trail and Elizabeth Ann Jordan.
