Dr Pepper sits atop bowling standings
After Tuesday’s round in the Gold and Silver bowling league Dr Pepper ended the day with 20 points good enough for first place. Crouch Motors and Foster & Foster Realty have 19 points each. McMinnville Lanes has 17, Holder Realty has 16, Warren County Nursery 14, Security Federal has 12 and Cumberland Lumber has 11 points.
Mickey Patton had the high game of the day with a 201 and high series of the day with a 475 for the women. Faye Burch had a 191 game. Martha Gillespie had a 184 game and a 468 series. Linda Newby rolled a 169 game and a 444 series. Jean Simmons had a 165 game and a 427 series. Doris Wilcher had a 162 game. Mary Ray turned in a 161 game and a 433 series. Linda Thornton had a 158 game and a 455 series.
For the men, R.H. Bond had the high game of the day with a 194 and high series of the day with a 532. Larry Patton turned in a 190 game and a 507 series. Billy Hayes rolled a 188 game and a 485 series. Clay Hutchins had a 187 game and a 465 series. Tony Titts worth turned in a 187 game with a 486 series. Jim Newby rolled a 185 game and a 492 series. James Hutchins had a 178 game and a 482 series. Emil Flosi had a 181 game and a 491 series. Keith Hollingsworth posted a 177 game and a 465 series.
In team play Dr Pepper turned in the high game of the day with a 620. Crouch Motors had the high series of the day with a 1837.
