Relay for Life memory concert set for May 24
Music and Memories, a very special night of entertainment, is planned for Saturday, May 24. The Relay for Life event will be held on the Security Federal Bank lawn in downtown McMinnville beginning at 6 p.m.
The family-oriented event will feature foods, crafts, family activities, and fun games. Everyone is encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and enjoy a night of entertainment. Admission is free to the event.
Numerous Relay for Life teams will be manning booths with various activities and crafts, not to mention the many food booths. Everything from hot dogs, barbecue and baked goods will be for sale during the night.
Luminaria bags can be purchased for $10, marking the perfect opportunity to pay honor or memorialize a loved one. All luminarias will be lit and displayed at the Relay for Life event.
Musical performances will be given by Just Looking Around, Kelly Walker, and The Pelham Family.
