Gold & Silver bowling lead still held by Security Federal
After Tuesday’s round in the Gold and Silver bowling league, Security Federal holds down the first place spot with 51.5 points. Beacon Federal is in second place with 48.5 and Jones Twins Beauty Salon is in third place with 46.5 points.
Dr Pepper has 45.5 points, followed by Foster & Foster Realty with 45, First National Bank has 43.5, Cumberland Lumber 40, Holder Realty 39.5, Warren County Nursery 37.5, Crouch Motors 34 and McMinnville Lanes has 33.5 points.
In individual play for the women, Mary Ray turned in the high game of the day with a 188 and she had a 479 series. Peggy White had the high series of the day with a 482 and she turned in a 161 game. Doris Wilcher had a 171 game and a 435 series. Linda Newby rolled a 170 game and a 466 series. Virginia Money had a 187 game. Linda Hibshman turned in a 173 game. Madeline Hutchins had a 168 game. Faye Burch rolled a 160 game. Ida Pack had a 461 series and Patty Womack turned in a 438 series.
For the men, Jim Newby had the high game of the day with a 188 and he turned in a 505 series. High series of the day went to Jack Newby with a 516 and he turned in a 185 game. Richard Hobbs rolled a 180 game and a 510 series. Keith Hollingsworth rolled a 180 game. R.H. Bond had a 179 game with a 474 series. Jimmy Blankenship rolled a 171 game and a 481 series. James Hutchins had a 170 game with a 480 series. Larry Tittsworth rolled a 165 game with a 480 series.
In team play Jones Twins Beauty Salon had the high game of the day with a 660 and Warren County Nursery turned in the high series of the day with a 1812.
