Circuit Court – Burglary costs White 250 days
Nine people were sentenced Wednesday by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court criminal division.
Included in circuit court action:
? Chase W. White was ordered to serve 250 days of an eight-year sentence and make restitution for aggravated burglary and theft.
? Brian Crusinberry was placed on house arrest for four years under supervision of the Community Corrections Program and must attend anger management and perform 18 hours public service work for aggravated assault.
? John Lillard Jr., was instructed to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence and perform 16 hours public service work for evading arrest and resisting arrest.
? Jamie McClure was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.
? Teddy Dodd was ordered to serve 150 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay restitution, perform 32 hours public service work and have his probation extended for theft and violation of probation.
? Brenda J. Skelton was placed on probation for six months for driving without a license.
? Marcus C. Boren was placed on house arrest for 90 days for violation of probation.
? Waymon Mears must perform 30 hours public service work for violation of probation.
? Joshua Rackley must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
