Malliory Adcock, 84

McMinnville resident Malliory Adcock, 84, died Nov. 27 at her home after an extended illness.

A retired restaurant owner and operator and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Rayburn Van and Clara Turner Slatten; and was also preceded in death by her husband, James Gordon Adcock; grandchildren, Ricky Martin and Scott Taylor; and brothers, Harold Slatten and Billy Jo Slatten.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Joe G. and Marilyn Adcock of Georgia; daughters and sons-in-law, Clayta Rhea and Clark Taylor, Bettye Sue and Joe Wooden of McMinnville and Joyce and Paul Raptis of Woodbury; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Tuesday at Love-Cantrell & Cope Funeral Home with Rex Boles officiating. Burial followed at Mt. View Cemetery.

Love-Cantrell & Cope Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
