Ten people were sentenced Wednesday by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court criminal division.
Included in circuit sentencings:
Jimmy Yates was directed to serve 120 days of a five-year sentence and make restitution for aggravated burglary, theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Jeremy W. Pack was given a two-year sentence and must pay $1,000 plus costs for attempt to manufacture meth.
Johnny Brooks was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and forfeit his driver?s license for two years for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
Angela Curtis was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit her driver?s license for two years for second-offense DUI.
Rodney Kirby was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 20 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs and make restitution for passing a worthless check.
Charles B. Newby must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Paul W. Shoemaker must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Nicole Muncey must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
Scott Wilson must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
Joshua Blevins must serve 150 days for violation of probation.
