Included in court action:
John Barrett Brock was bound over to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and unlawful possession of a firearm. Demetris Ferrell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. Jacob Ross Garrett was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs for theft. Vickie Etheridge was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of assault. Douglas Steinruck must serve 24 hours of an 11-29 sentence and perform 24 hours public service work for domestic assault. Timothy Blakley was directed to serve 15 days and pay $100 plus costs for domestic assault and failure to appear in court. Jerry Ashford was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion for assault. John Jason Northcutt was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of vandalism. Timothy Bailey was handed a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $10 plus costs for passing a worthless check for $17. Candida Davidson was granted a six-month judicial diversion for passing a worthless check for $24. Jimmy Turner must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication. Margarito Mendoza must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication. Chad Young must serve 45 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation. Rhonda Martin must serve 20 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation. James Pleger must serve 15 days for violation of probation.
