Cumberland Lumber leaps into tie with Dr Pepper for 1st
Cumberland Lumber and Dr Pepper are all tied up for first place with 14 points each in the Gold and Silver league at McMinnville Lanes.
Crouch Motors and McMinnville Lanes are Knotted with 11 points each for third place. Security Federal had nine points and Team 3 is in last place in one point.
In team play Crouch Motors took the honors with the high game of the day rolling a 683. Cumberland Lumber had the high series with a 1942 game.
Linda Newby rolled a 233 high game and a 568 high series to lead the women. Mickey Patton rolled a 178 high game and a 480 high series. Patty Womack turned in a 157 game and a 443 series, while Doris Wilcher had a 165 high game.
For the men, Keith Hollingsworth turned in the high game of the day with a 198 he also turned in a 505 series. Eugene Wilcher had the high series of the day with a 514 and he had a 177 high game. Larry Patton rolled a 192 game and a 504 series. Louis Morris had a 191 game and a 503 series. James Hutchins and Gene Bess each rolled a 169 game and Hutchins had a 493 series.
