Fred R. Morton, 91
A retired employee of Chrysler Corporation, and a member of McMinnville First Presbyterian Church, VFW Post 5064 and the Noon Exchange Club, he served his country in the U.S. Air Corp during World War II.
The son of the late William Franklin and Addie May Cotharin Morton Jr., he was preceded in death by sister, Addie May Best; and brothers, William, Frank and Jack Morton.
He is survived by his wife, Caroline Morton; stepson, Jack Reynolds; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
McMinnville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
