Lala Tittsworth, 82
A homemaker and a member of Corinth Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Erbie and Martha Cantrell Turner; and was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Richard L. Tittsworth; brothers, Royce, Norman and E.C. Turner.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Elladean A. and Glendon W. Cantrell Sr. of Green Hill; son and daughter-in-law, Everett R. and Linda Tittsworth of Atlanta, Ga.; grandson, Lee Tittsworth of Atlanta, Wayne and Peggy Sue Cantrell Jr. of Green Hill; granddaughters, Renee and Michael Anderson of Manchester, Carol and Greg Rains of Jacksboro; great-grandchildren, Sarah and Grace Rains, Erin and Erica Cantrell, Phillip and Rachel Anderson; sister, Ethel Redmon of Smithville; sisters-in-law, Jessie Turner of Belk community, and Dona Mae Turner of Highland community; special niece, Ivy Barnes of Smithville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at McMinnville Funeral Home with Nestor Stewart and Richard Bowman officiating. Burial will follow at Corinth Cemetery in DeKalb County. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until time of service Thursday at McMinnville Funeral Home.
