Margaret Helen Fleming, 76

Gallatin resident and Watertown native Margaret Helen Fleming, 76, died March 26 at her home.

A member of Faith Baptist Church in Smithville, she was the daughter of Grover Cleveland and Kinnie Mae Taylor Hawkins Sr.; and was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Fleming and son, Walter Larry Fleming.

She is survived by children and their spouses, Dora Ann and J.D. Gillette of McMinnville, Helen Marie Grandstaff, Carl Michael and Bridgett Fleming, all of Smithville, Rebecca Carol and Randall Brummett of Gallatin; 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Rachel and Estel Fleming of Brush Creek; sister-in-law, Katherine Hawkins of Lebanon; and brother-in-law, Paul Dextraze of Texas.

Services were held Tuesday at Hunter Funeral Home Chapel with Allen Mahan officiating. Burial followed at Brush Creek Cemetery.

Hunter Funeral Home of Watertown was in charge of arrangements.
