Frances Elizabeth (Geneva) Myers, 79
A member of the Baptist faith, she was the daughter of the late Will and Cora Caldwell, and was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Myers; son, Franklin D. Myers; stepdaughter, Alvie Watts; and halfbrother, Markus Caldwell.
She is survived by sons, Elmer, Robert, Roy, Carl and James Myers; stepson, Delbert Myers; daughters, Mary Darland, Patricia Thomas, Ruby Baker and Nadine Myers; stepdaughter, Flossie Watts; 31 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and 10 step-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Layne Funeral Home in Altamont with Glyn Killian officiating. Burial will follow at Little Johnny Myers Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. today at Layne Funeral Home.
