Judge Ross hears 94-person docket
A 94-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.

Included in traffic court action:

• Jeremy W. Campbell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and perform 50 hours public service work for second-offense DUI and driving without a license.

• Atanacio Garcia was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI.

• Ronnie L. Walker was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of seventh-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Javier O. Contreras was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.

• Constantino Juarez Aldavera was instructed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit driving privileges for one year for DUI.

• Audrey Hillis was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.

• Wanda J. Holt was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.

• Roger Leiviska Sr. was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.

• Miguel Carreon Ruiz was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.

• Martin Cruz Mosqueda was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.

• Gary D. Pennycuff was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.

• Kelly Kane, Bryan C. Tate, Jose Regaldo, Ronafal Reedy, Patsy Marie Holt and Martin G. Baltazar were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

• Silvino A. Juarez must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.

• Rodney D. Thomas must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.

• Randall Paine must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Frank Pomales and Tia Tate must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.
