William “Billy” Thomison, 70
A retired truck driver and former McMinnville police officer who served his country in the National Guard, he was the son of the Betty Hillis and the late William Thomison; and was preceded in death by his brother, Marvin Argo.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Hillis of Manchester; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Shelley Thomison and Rick and Shelia Thomison, all of Manchester; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Ed Burns of Winchester; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Friday at Webb Cemetery with Dr. Kerry Walker officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund.
Manchester Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
