Willie (Rob) Robison Conner, 92
A retired farmer and factory worker and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of John Robison and Annie Belle Reeder Conner; and was preceded in death by his wife, Florence Ellen Conner in 2003; daughter, Alta Foust; son, Cliston Conner; brothers, Walter and Hoy Conner; sister, Annie Conner; grandson, Bobby Gilley; an infant grandson, and great-grandchildren, Nathan Conner and Christina Wing.
He is survived by daughter, Eva Eudene Gilley of Smithville; sons Charles Jackson Conner of McMinnville and Robert Jr. Conner of Murfreesboro; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Clora Harvey of Anderson, Ind., Laura Clark of Ohio and Ida Bell Thomas of California; and brother, Johnny Conner of Kentucky.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Unity Church of Christ with Odell Powell officiating. Burial will follow at Unity Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Saturday at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
