Traffic Docket: Ross hears 46-person court docket
A 46-person docket was heard last Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in traffic court action:
• Albert R. Cantrell was bound over to the grand jury on charges of sixth offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.
• Raul R. Navarrete was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.
• Juan C. Martinez Acosta was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $360 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.
• Jose M. Herrera, Mark A. Valentino and Paul A. Davis were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Francisco A. Torres was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Tanaya N. Stalcup had her probation extended by six months and must perform 16 hours public service work for violation of probation.
• Julia Beechum must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
Clarification
• Amanda Cox Blackburn who lives on Circle Hill Drive is not the Amanda Cox on the docket.
