Circuit Court: Delp jailed for selling drugs
Sixteen people were sentenced this week by Judge Bart Stanley in circuit court.
Included in court action:
• Justin Delp was ordered to serve 150 days of a four-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for sale of drugs.
• Chad Haley was instructed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of meth.
• Jaromee Magourik was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $500 plus costs for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Jessica Crusinberry was directed to serve 45 days of a two-year sentence and pay $1,000 plus costs for sale of a counterfeit substance.
• Cherri Turner was instructed to serve 30 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for facilitation of manufacture of drugs.
• Michael Dale Smith was directed to serve 210 days of a six-year sentence and make restitution for burglary and theft. He must also serve an additional 60 days for violation of probation.
• Johnny Pruitt Stacey was given a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $75 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for illegal possession of a credit card.
• Curtis Davenport was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence and make restitution for theft over $1,000.
• Nichole Muncey was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 160 hours of public service work for theft.
• Terry Walls was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and make restitution for attempted theft.
• A.D. Myers was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for theft.
• Jeremy Lockridge must serve 11 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,200 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.
• Benjamin Dees must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Ricky Cantrell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Ricky R. Hobbs must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
