FCE Club

Freda Bouldin and Dot Hall served as hostesses for the Aug. 13 meeting of the Bonner Family and Community Education Club at the Bouldin home.

Presiding was Vita Gulley, who introduced guests Pauline Campbell and Trina Winkler. Mrs. Bouldin read “He Leadeth Me” by Grace Easley.

Hilda Lytle presented a program on “Calcium for Our Bodies.” The group completed an exercise sheet concerning calcium. Lytle distributed fair books, dairy recipes and exercise sheets.

Workers were scheduled for the fair’s Country Store. Reading reports were given by Freda Bouldin, Annis Hill and Vita Gulley and a covered dish luncheon was served.

The next meeting is slated Sept. 10 at the home of Marilyn Randall.
