Lady banned from Wal-Mart for life

A 41-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court including a sentence in which a shoplifter was banned from Wal-Mart for life.

Included in court action:

• Jane Bandy was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay restitution of $59 and stay out of Wal-Mart anywhere for life for shoplifting.

• Robert R. Ewing was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution for theft.

• Troy G. Craven was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for possession of drugs.

• Jines Lorea Diaz was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work for reckless endangerment.

• Larry Douglas Jones was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and attend anger management class for domestic assault.

• Rickey Lynn Judkins was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and attend anger management for assault.

• Chase H. Gannaway was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and attend anger management for domestic assault.

• Ima Robinson was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and attend domestic abuse classes for domestic assault.

• Jonathan Neale was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for passing a worthless check for $34.

• Ricardo Ramirez was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for vandalism and public intoxication.

• Bobby W. Anderson was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $20 plus costs for evading arrest and public intoxication.

• Aparicio Pablo must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

• Thomas W. Sims must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

• Richard Werpecunisky was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work for harassment by phone.

• Travis Jernigan must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.

• Michael Sherrell must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.

• Seth Peay must serve 60 days for violation of probation.

• Ruben Luevano must serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution for violation of probation and vandalism.

• Levoy Leftict must serve 120 days for violation of probation.

• Robert Hill must serve 60 days for violation of probation.

• Bryan Hildreth must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
