A 20-person arraignment docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.
Included in court action:
Macon Lee Dutemple was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $100 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for domestic assault.
Jennifer Parson was handed an 11-29 sentence but released on probation on time served for domestic assault. She must also pay $100 plus costs and attend conflict management courses.
David J. Gaspar was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
Joshua Clay Barnes was ordered to serve 12 days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication and failure to appear in court.
Mariano Arreola was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
Edilfonoso Perez was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
Jeffery Gilbert had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Jessica Judkins must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.
Mark Melton had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Favian Sanchez must serve 10 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Alberto Ruiz had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Clarification
Jason Hillis who lives on Shellsford Road is not the same Jason Hillis on the court docket.
