A 66-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court including the binding of a case for a woman caught allegedly trafficking meth twice this year.
Included in court action:
Chad Everett Bond was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,400 plus costs, perform 10 hours public service work, forfeit his driver’s license for two years, undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and was banned from Wal-Mart for two years for possession of cocaine, indecent exposure, and second-offense DUI.
Gregory Cantrell was bound over to the grand jury on charges of manufacture of drugs, possession of drugs and maintaining a residence for dealing drugs.
Thomas Wayne McBride was bound over to the grand jury on charges of maintaining a dwelling for manufacture of meth and manufacture of meth.
Bridgette Werkheiser was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of manufacture of meth.
Thad McKee was directed to serve five days of a six-month sentence for theft of services and failure to appear.
Andrea Holt was handed a six-month probationary sentence, perform 16 hours public service work and stay out of Wal-Mart for theft.
Arthur E. Miller must pay $10 plus costs for criminal trespass.
Jessica Judkins was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault and violation of probation.
Kerri Holt was given a six-month probationary sentence, pay $200 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for assault.
Juan Jose Garza was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of domestic assault.
Doug Holt was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault.
Douglas Paul Holt must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
David Allen Sullivan was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must stay out of Wal-Mart for theft.
Buck J. Williams was handed a six-month probationary sentence for theft.
Marcus Boren was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of passing a worthless check.
Dara Talbott was granted a six-month judicial diversion for passing a worthless check for $14.

Franki Pomales must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
Arthur Armstrong must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Michael S. Foster must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Danny Goodman had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Vanessa McCormick must serve 60 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Steven C. Hill must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Antonio Booker must serve 45 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
