FCE Club: Hickory Creek
Betty Moore presented the devotional with a reading from Ecclesiastes and a passage from “Flowers for You.”
Vicki Gibbs gave a baby blanket demonstration and Margaret Carr did a centerpiece for a baby shower. “Eat More Color” was the title of a slide show presentation by Hilda Lytle.
Five attended the A&R Day. Beth Jones won Best of Best honors. Beulah McBee read the minutes from 1941 and other items from that year.
Sandra Houston and Margaret Carr gave reading reports. International Day had good attendance, with Italy being the chosen country to feature. Marilyn Ramsey showed a slide presentation from when she visited the county.
McBee brought the meeting to order with the “Pledge of Allegiance.” Sandra Houston conducted roll call with “My favorite sport.” The club minutes were read and approved and Vicki Gibbs gave the financial report.
