Twelve people were sentenced Wednesday by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.
Included in circuit court action:
Paul Hutson was ordered to serve four years and make restitution for theft and burglary.
Christopher L. Taylor was given a three-year sentence and must pay $3,000 plus costs for manufacture of meth.
John Mark Porter was ordered to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence, pay $1,500 plus costs, perform 20 hours public service work and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for evading arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christy Scott Gannon was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $75 plus costs for shoplifting.
Roy L. Cotton was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
Christopher Hayes was ordered to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI.
Christy Rains must serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs, perform 20 hours public service work and forfeit her driver’s license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
Jeremy Anderson was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI.
Michael Sisco was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI.
Marcus Martin was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $3,980 restitution on three worthless check counts.
Michael Bell must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
