Ross hears 77-person court docket

A 77-person docket was heard Thursday by General Sessions Judge Larry Ross in Traffic Court.

Included in traffic court action:

? Caleb Blake West was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver?s license for one year for second-offense DUI.

? Efren Castorena-Lomeli was directed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs and lose his license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.

? Lucus Freddy Black was ordered to serve 24 hours of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $350 plus costs and lose his license for one year for DUI.

? Stephen W. Henley was directed to perform 24 hours public service work, and pay $250 plus costs for underage driving while impaired.

? Jared A. Mason was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of drugs.

? James E. Scott was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 40 hours public service work, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit his license for one year for drag racing.

? Sean B. Morrison was ordered to serve 35 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.

? Tasha S. Crisp was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license.

? Jackie Robinson was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and lose his driver?s license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

? Charles Johnson Jr. must serve 48 hours for driving without a license.

? Ramiro Montealegre must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.

? Jesus R. Juarez must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.

? Morris Carr must serve five days and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

? Bradley R. Anderson, Samantha Whittaker, Katrina Joy Phillips, Joseph Tigue, Jose Rodrigues, Andrea R. Phillips and Jorge Esteban Gonzalez were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

? Elsie Renea Lewis and Timothy Tholl were fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

? Lisa Karen Copas had her probation extended by three months for violation of probation.

? Mario Martinez must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.

? Penny L. Raymond must serve 20 days for violation of probation.
