Benjamin Ontiveros Amparon, 47

Morrison resident and Mexico native Benjamin Ontiveros Amparon, 47, died Jan. 29 at his home.

A nurseryman with Odom nursery and a member of the Catholic Church, he was the son of Juan Ontiveros Mendoza and Cruz Amparon Delgado de Ontiveros of San Felipe, Chihuahua; and is also survived by his wife, Stephanie Pinegar Ontiveros; children and spouses, Kristinane Kruz Ontiveros-Yesenia, Gisel Ontiveros-Damian Luis Hernandez, all of Morrison, Leslie Vanessa Ontiveros Garcia of San Felipe, Cynthia Elizabeth Ontiveros Garcia and husband Jaime Gerardo Inojos of San Felipe; one grandson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Juan Ontiveros and Ivabeld Franco de Ontiveros of San Felipe, Jesus Ontiveros and Mariana Gerrando de Ontiveros of San Felipe, Isidro Ontiveros and Ana Maria Cabriales de Ontiveros of San Felipe, Rene Ontiveros and Teresa Rios de Ontiveros of Morrison, Servando Ontiveros and Carmen Bonilla de Ontiveros of San Felipe, Hugo Ontiveros and Susana Salas de Ontiveros of Smartt, Gabriel Ontiveros and Maria de Jesus Morales de Ontiveros of Morrison; sisters and brothers-in-law, Yolanda Ontiveros de Espinoza and Lorenso Espinoza of San Felipe, Graciela Ontiveros of San Felipe, Imelda Ontiveros de Reyes and Gumaro Reyes of San Felipe; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Donnie and Betty Pinegar of Morrison; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donnie and Tommy Pinegar of Morrison, Billi Joe and Ashley Pinegar of McMinnville.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at High’s Chapel with T.L. Smith and Hervin Antonio officiating. Burial will follow at Panteon Municipal de Jimenez at Jimenez Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. until time of service Friday at High’s.

High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
