Philip Melfi, 38
Born on Dec. 27, 1968 in Queens, N.Y., he was a movie producer and businessman.
Survivors include his daughter Taylor Ann Melfi of McMinnville, mother Ann Melfi of Sherman Oaks, Calif., fianc??e and her son Jackie Argo and Jordan Hillis, both of McMinnville, brother Joe Melfi Jr., of Sherman Oaks, brother and sister-in-law Teddy and Kimberly Ann Melfi of Sherman Oaks, and niece Addison Melfi of Sherman Oaks.
