Ross hears 94-person docket

A 94-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.

Included in traffic court action:

? Bobby Farless Jr., was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his license for second-offense DUI.

? Mario A. Gonzalez was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his license for two years for second-offense DUI.

? Randy Holder was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.

? Jose Luis R. Huberton must serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

? Todd Whitmore was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.

? Scott Wood was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $300 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for simple possession of drugs and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

? Kirby Broom was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia.

? Jerry Honeycutt was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 32 hours public service work for reckless driving.

? James Pegg was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.

? Evelyn Cotton Self was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.

? Jessica Moore and Rolando Gatieriez were instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.

? Robert J. Murphy was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus cost and lose his license for one year for driving on a suspended license.

? Enrique Cruz-Sanchez was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for one year for driving without a license.

? Leann Brooks, Rachel Fields, Jennifer Pursley, Alberto Martinez, Alan J. Juarez and Bradley Burkett were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

? Cory Judkins was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

? Mark A. Pack must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.

? Randall Stevens must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
