Ross hears 62-person docket
A 62-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
‘ Francisco Vargas was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for DUI and driving on a revoked license.
‘ Michael Pleasant was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.
‘ Toby Meeks was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.
‘ Brandon Walls was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs and lose his license for one year for reckless endangerment and underage DUI.
‘ Pedro Rojas was instructed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and lose his license for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
‘ Corey Woods was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $10 plus costs and lose his license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
‘ Justin Hernandez was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs, lose his driver license for one year and perform 16 hours public service work for driving on a suspended license.
‘ Terrence Martin was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work for leaving the scene of an accident.
‘ Mechelle White must serve 48 hours for driving without a license.
‘ Antenogenes Gonzales was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
‘ Gary Muncey was ordered to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.
‘ Jonathan Cantrell, Brandon McClure, Jose Morales, Heidi Morris, Dillard Dillon, Eric Castillo, Robert Layman, Leonardo Eusebio, Geoffry Gilbreath, Christopher and Fransisco Gonzalez were each fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
