James Alton Hildreth, 74
A self-employed farmer and a member of Green Hill Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Clarence Charles and Roberta Cope Hildreth. He was married May 14, 1954 to Nan Flanders Hildreth of the Green Hill community.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Rickey and Gwen Hildreth, Garry Hildreth, and Danny and Ann Hildreth, all of the Green Hill community; grandchildren and grandson-in-law, Lesley and Jon Neale, Abby Hildreth, Eric Hildreth, and Hayden and Corbin Hildreth; sister, Eva Inglis of the Lucky community and nieces, Betty Merriman and Patsy Inglis.
Funeral services were held Friday in High’s Chapel with Homer Galyan officiating. Burial followed at Webb Cemetery at Bluff Springs.
High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
