Powers, Clark set wedding plans

Plans for the forthcoming marriage of Jennie Lynn Powers and Darren Riley Clark are being revealed.

The betrothed couple will exchange nuptial vows June 25 at the bride’s parents home.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Joel and Julie Powers. She is the granddaughter of Jo Ellen and the late Howard Powers and the late Willard and Jean Ralph.

The groom-to-be is the son of Kelvin and Lodema Clark of West Monroe, LA. He is the grandson of Riley and Marie Clark and the late Ivan and Vera Hibbits, all of West Monroe.

She is a Warren County High school graduate and Motlow State Community College. She is employed with Holland Employment.

Clark is in the United States Army and a graduate of West Monroe High School.
