Austin Miller, 5, is more than happy to get his hands on a free flag compliments of McMinnville’s Noon Exchange Club. The club will be giving away 500 flags this Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at the Fair Grandstands to commemorate the three-year anniversary of Sept. 11.
