General Sessions: Ross hears 52-person court docket

A 52-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.

Included in court action:

• Nicky A. Cagle was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.

• Houston King was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must attend parenting classes for domestic assault.

• Royce E. Prater was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of assault and theft.

• Lisa Crissman was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of criminal trespass.

• Jessica Stafford must serve 48 hours and pay $25 plus costs for criminal trespass.

• Joshua Roark was fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service for disorderly conduct.

• Ronnie Roark was fined $10 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for disorderly conduct.

• Shaton Duong and Linda Duong were given 11- 29 probationary sentences and must pay $1,500 restitution for vandalism.

• Kerry Johnson Killian was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $1,000 restitution for vandalism.

• Kevin McClure was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $551 restitution and perform 16 hours public service work for vandalism.

• Josh Walling was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must perform eight hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for criminal trespass.

• Chasidy S. Moody was fined $10 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for disorderly conduct.

• Ronald Hill must serve 35 days for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

• Nathan Richard Huber must serve the balance of his sentence plus 10 days for violation of probation, failure to appear in court and casual exchange of a substance.

• Steve Pleasant must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• The remaining cases on the docket were either continued, dismissed or set for a future hearing.

Clarification

• Justin Bennett Nunley of Bennett Lane is not the Justin Nunley charged with DUI.

A 16-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Ross in traffic court.

Included in traffic court action:

• Nathan Junior Fisk was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,061 and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI, driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.

• Julio C. Templos must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.

• Francisco Marquez, Demetria Martinez and Barry Wilson were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
