Jacqueline Kay Collins Carroll, 41

Morrison resident and Tampa, Fla., native Jacqueline Kay Collins Carroll, 41, died May 26 at her home.

A homemaker, she was the daughter of Jacque Collins of Brayendton, Fla., and the late Patricia Ward.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Carroll; children, Christina Snow and Phillip Adcock, both of Morrison; stepchildren and their spouses, Jason and Nikki Adcock, and Jeremy Adcock, all of Indianapolis, Ind., Douglas and Rachel Carroll of HIllsboro and Terry Carroll of Manchester; stepfather, Paul Ward of Tampa, Fla.; sisters and brothers, Cheryl Collins, Michael Collins, Sandy Gallipoli, Debbie and Mike Whitson, Patricia Debe, Cynthia and Gary Albano; stepbrothers, Wade and Randy Ward and J.C. Collins; cousin, Karen Brady; four grandchildren, nine nephews, and four nieces.

Services were held Saturday at Manchester Funeral Home with Clarence McGee and Susan Rock officiating. Burial followed at Leoni Cemetery in Woodbury.

Manchester Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
