Stanley gives jail time for theft, drugs
Included in circuit court action:
• Michael L. Loden was ordered to serve 210 days of an eight-year sentence and make restitution for aggravated robbery and theft. He was charged with mugging a woman outside a club.
• Daisy Nash was ordered to serve 365 days of an eight-year sentence and make restitution on charges of sale of cocaine, forgery and theft.
• Joshua Lee Rackley was directed to serve 30 days of a three-year sentence, perform 30 hours public service work and pay $2,000 plus costs for sale of methamphetamine.
• Larry Locke Jr. was instructed to serve 60 days of a three-year sentence, perform 30 hours of public service work and pay $3,000 plus costs for sale of marijuana.
• Jeffery Michael Hughes was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of drugs.
• Sherry Clark was ordered to serve 240 days of an eight-year sentence, perform 40 hours public service work and make restitution on seven counts of forgery and seven counts of theft.
• Sherry Higgins was granted a four-year judicial diversion and must make restitution in the amount of $13,356 for theft. She entered a plea to information for taking money from her employer.
• Orenthea Carr was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence, perform 30 hours public service work and pay $2,000 plus costs for sale of drugs.
• Deborah McCormick was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution to Wal-Mart for theft.
• Christy Rains was directed to serve 30 days of a four-year sentence, perform 20 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs for evading arrest, theft and driving on a suspended license.
• Mark Derrick was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.
• John Christopher Elrod had his probation revoked and must serve the remainder of his sentence.
• Maria Moore had her probation extended and must perform 35 hours public service work for violation of probation.
