Judge Ross hears traffic court docket

A 47-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.

Included in traffic court action:

• Randell L. Bell was bound over to the grand jury on charges of manufacture of drugs, reckless driving, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

• David C. Ferrell was directed to serve 105 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus court costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Jerry Webb was bound over to the grand jury on charges of fourth-offense DUI and third-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Israel Goux was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.

• Gary Lyle was bound over to the grand jury on charges of third-offense DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

• Jamie A. West was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Benjamin H. Williams was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.

• Steven Duncan was ordered to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Natalie Crockett was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit her driver’s license for one year for driving on a suspended license.

• Sherry F. Gunter, Jesse D. Meeks and Bobbie Parish must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

• Latreva Smartt must serve 13 days for violation of probation.

• Richard McCormick must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.

• Alexandre Martinez must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.

• Ivan Young must perform 32 hours public service work and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
