A 31-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in court action:
Armando Gomez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI.
Favian A. Sanchez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for driving on a revoked license second-offense.
Angela Curtis was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.
Jamie Navarro Hernandez was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.
Anthony Loren Mullican was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
Victor V. Hernandez was fined $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
Melissa Ann Reyes, Gary L. Seibers, Benjamin Price and Sergio Y. Lopez were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
Nathaniel L. Nunley was fined $10 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for leaving the scene of an accident.
Darrell R. Evans must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
Letisia A. Glenn must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
Charles Markum must serve 20 days for violation of probation.
