Traffic Court: Judge Ross hears 31-person docket

A 31-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.

Included in court action:

  • Armando Gomez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for second-offense DUI.
  • Favian A. Sanchez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for driving on a revoked license second-offense.
  • Angela Curtis was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.
  • Jamie Navarro Hernandez was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.
  • Anthony Loren Mullican was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Victor V. Hernandez was fined $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
  • Melissa Ann Reyes, Gary L. Seibers, Benjamin Price and Sergio Y. Lopez were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
  • Nathaniel L. Nunley was fined $10 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Darrell R. Evans must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
  • Letisia A. Glenn must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
  • Charles Markum must serve 20 days for violation of probation.
