A 37-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in traffic court action:
Maria Guadalope Garcia was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit her driver’s license for one year for driving on the revoked license.
David Earl Clark was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.
Kendra Sebastian was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and forfeit driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.
Rocky Elkins was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for passing a worthless check for $57.
Tristan P. Brock, Thomas J. Mattos and Oliver C. Aldino were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
Penny Lyn Bryant was fined $200 plus costs and must perform 14 hours public service work for littering.
The remainder of cases on the docket were either dismissed, continued or were minor moving violations settled by safety school or a small fine.
