Edna Mae Nunley Orzech, 76

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Edna Mae Nunley Orzech, 76, was born Aug. 10, 1931 and died Jan. 29 at her residence.

A retired employee of the Head Start Program and a member of the Nondenominational Church, she was the daughter of the late Will B. and Della Dessie Buck Nunley.

She was married to Eugene W. Orzech, who preceded her in death July 20, 2005. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two children, Donna Kaye Barkes and Belinda Diane Spivey; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Darlina and Kenny Huntley of Morrison; son, Robert Conoway of McMinnville; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; sister Catherine Hennessee of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews and dearest friend, caretaker and granddaughter, Selina Rollins and her husband David of McMinnville. The family would like to give a special thanks to Jennifer Fults of McMinnville.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today in High’s Chapel with Carl Bouldin and David Dodson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until time of service today at High’s.
