Stanley issues 13 sentences

Thirteen people were handed sentence Friday by Circuit Judge Bart Stanley in the last meeting of the court’s criminal division in 2007.

Included in year-end court action:

‘ Ernest Dodd was ordered to serve 144 days of a two-year sentence for manufacture of meth.

‘ Stephen Jessie Judkins was directed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,331 for delivery of drugs.

‘ Joshua Taylor Cook was instructed to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence and make $4,000 restitution for theft.

‘ Michelle Fabiano was directed to serve 30 days of a two-year sentence and make $800 restitution for theft.

‘ Misty Nicole Breedlove was granted a two-year judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs for theft.

‘ Bobby Earl Jones was granted an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 60 hours public service work for criminal no-support.

‘ Hoss Lee Stith was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion for simple assault.

‘ Justin A. Pinter was given a three-year judicial diversion and released on 191 days served on charges of aggravated burglary and theft.

‘ Jodie Pinter was fined $50 plus costs and must perform 15 hours public service work for failure to require a minor child to attend school.

‘ Jimmy Dwayne Hobbs was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana.

‘ Kenneth R. McReynolds was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and perform 32 hours public service work and lose his license for two years for second-offense DUI.

‘ Wendell Howard McBride was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and lose his license for one year for third-offense driving on a suspended license.

‘ Michael James Keer was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, and lose his license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
