Ross hears 54-person court docket
A 54-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in traffic court action:
‘ Luis Cordova was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for two years for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
‘ Charles Gann was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
‘ Ustano Lopez Rivera was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and lose his license for one year for DUI.
‘ Samuel Hillis was given a six-month judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for simple possession of drugs.
‘ Dustin Cope was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.
‘ Roxanne Parson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.
‘ Thomas Grissom was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.
‘ Donald Bradshaw was instructed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and lose his license for one year for DUI.
‘ Siliva Florentino was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
‘ Ramon Silva was directed to serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.
‘ Fredy Corona Gutierrez was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
‘ Eduardo Bautista, Nelson Yang, Joaquin Gomez Lopez and Marcus Johnson were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
Clarification
Charles Gann, former employee of Carrier and current employee of Lowe’s, who lives on Viola Road is not the Charles Gann on the docket.
