Judge Stanley sentences 20 in court

Twenty people were sentenced last week by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.

Included in court action:

• Virginia Andrews was directed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence, pay $2,000 and perform 25 hours public service work for manufacture of drugs.

• Tommy Joe Basham was instructed to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs, obtain his GED and perform 24 hours public service work for manufacture of drugs.

• Terry O’Kelly was instructed to serve 131 days of a three-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs, get his GED and perform 30 hours public service work for possession of drugs for resale.

• Jamie Michelle Jones was directed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence and get her GED for possession of drugs in a penal institution.

• Julia Whiteaker was given a two-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for attempt to manufacture meth and attempted child neglect.

• Trina Gould was ordered to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and get her GED for manufacture of meth.

• Jack Buckner was given a four-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of meth and possession of marijuana.

• Terry Henderson was directed to serve 60 days of a three-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and forfeit driving privileges for one year for sale of cocaine and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Brian Tidenburg was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,000 for possession of drugs.

• Damien Blake was directed to serve 96 hours of a two-year sentence, perform 30 hours public service work and pay $2,000 plus costs for sale of drugs.

• Tisha Locke was given a three-year probationary sentence and must attend a half-way house and perform 100 hours public service work and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of meth.

• Melissa Pedigo was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 100 hours public service work, make restitution and stay out of Wal-Mart for two years for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.

• Scott St. Clair was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs and perform 20 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license.

• Sandy Stembridge was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and attend anger management for assault.

• Kenny Greer was directed to serve 30 days of a two-year sentence and make restitution for theft.

• Lawrence Henry Key was instructed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs, perform 16 hours public service work and forfeit his driver’s license for two years for third-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Jeffery Womack must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Joshua D. Foster must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Travis Melton must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Eli Brown must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
