Ross hears 56-person court docket
A 56-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in court action:
• Douglas Condren was ordered to serve 210 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,150 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for three years for third-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.
• Ricardo Martinez was bound over to the grand jury on charges of second-offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and possession of drugs for resale.
• Lance Vogel was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Alvin Earle was given an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.
• Odon Perez Garcia was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver’s license for one year for DUI.
• Frankie Pomales must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Tina E Craig, Tisha McClure, Elizabeth Trujillo, Amanda Vespo, Nikki Jo Sain, Helen Whipple, Joel D. McClure and Mario Hernandez were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Richard T. Taylor must serve five days for violation of probation.
The remainder of the docket involved minor moving violations settled by safety school, dismissed cases or cases set for hearing a later date.
