Ross hears 53-person docket

A 53-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.

Included in court action:

• Benjamin F. Adams was ordered to serve 100 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $100 plus costs for simple possession of drugs, driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.

• Michael Steinman was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of manufacture of drugs.

• Jeffery Guy was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work and pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.

• Arthur Armstrong was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend anger management for assault and failure to appear in court.

• Steve Stembridge was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

• Nathaniel L. Nunley was given an 11-29 sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and attend domestic abuse counseling for domestic assault.

• Zackery Breeding was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and violation of probation.

• Barbara Kennedy was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution for theft.

• Bryson Martin must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for theft.

• Michael Tidenburg was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.

• Larry H. Watson was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution for theft.

• Charles Wilcher was bound over to the grand jury on charges of vandalism and manufacture of drugs.

• Dustin Ray McKillip was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.

• Misty McCathern was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform eight hours public service work for vandalism.

• Hollis Lee Pitman must perform eight hours public service work and forfeit his weapon for possession of a prohibited weapon.

• Tabatha Southard was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion for shoplifting.

• Jason Deckard was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform eight hours public service work for passing three worthless checks totaling $26.

• Eugene Grayson was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for passing a worthless check for $69.

• Maxine Jones was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.

• Chase Heath Gannaway was fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for public intoxication.

• Jessie Struthers was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of phone harassment.

• Daniel L. Sullivan was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.

• Jamie Michelle Jones was fined $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.

• Daniel Gentry must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.

• Caleb B. West must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.

• Jesse R. Folks must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.

• Brandy N. Keen must serve 45 days for violation of probation.

• Eddie Moore must serve 70 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.

Clarifications

• David Bates who lives on Nashville Highway is not the David Bates on the court docket.

• Mack Mullican, who lives on Clark Blvd. and owns Mack Mullican Monument and Vault, is not the Mack Mullican charged with assault.
