A good candidate for screening mammograms has no implants and is not having current breast problems such as feeling a specific lump or nipple discharge. Women with these breast concerns need to be seen at a diagnostic mammography center.
Women under the age of 35 are also not good screening candidates and should be seen by their doctor if they have any questions or any concerns.
