A 48-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in court action:
Cristobal Martinez was ordered to serve 135 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and forfeit his driver?s license for two years for second-offense DUI, second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.
Ricky D. Scott was bound over to the grand jury on charges of sixth-offense driving on a revoked license, simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Francisco G. Juarez was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and forfeit his driver?s license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.
Gerado C. Contreras was directed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $410 plus costs and forfeit his driver?s license for one year for DUI, driving without a license and failure to appear in court.
James R. Jones was directed to serve 24 hours of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $350 plus costs and forfeit his driver?s license for one year for DUI.
Terry W. Graves was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit his driver?s license for one year for third-offense driving on a suspended license.
Diane Woods was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and forfeit her license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
Jose M. Arellano, Martin Villa, Brian K. McDonald, Marcial E. Lopez, Justin K. Brown and Herman L. Dillard were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
Jerry T. Ferrell was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of driving on an expired license.
David R. Louallen must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
Christopher L. Northrup had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
