A 75-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Court.
Included in court action:
Curtis Kennerly was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution on 29 worthless check counts.
Catherine Wilcher must serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft.
Chad Carrier was handed a six-month judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work and write a letter of apology for theft.
Shawn K. King was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $100 plus costs for domestic assault.
James D. Johnson was bound over to the grand jury on seven counts of theft, nine counts of forgery and one count of simple possession of drugs.
Josh Patrick was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 16 hours public service work for vandalism.
Kenneth Johnson was given a six-month probationary sentence for passing a worthless check for $72.
Bobby R. Stoner Jr. was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of harassment by phone.
Chris Northrup was bound to the grand jury on the charge of harassment.
Kyle Melson must serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for underage consumption.
Trinity Bouldin must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
Jamie Emler had probation extended by three months for violation of probation.
Christopher Biles was directed to serve 32 days and pay $100 plus costs for violation of probation and public intoxication.
Kenneth H. Jackson was bound over to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.
Timothy Tate must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
Summer Vandagriff was fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.
