Ross hears 64-person docket in traffic court
A 64-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in traffic court action:
‘ Noberto Chavez was directed to serve 55 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for second-offense driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation.
‘ Mickey Mangrum was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his license for two years for second-offense DUI.
‘ Timothy Thomas was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for third-offense driving on a revoked license.
‘ Matthew Krauss must serve eight days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.
‘ Jill Simmons was ordered to serve 24 hours of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $350 plus costs and lose her license for one year for DUI.
‘ Richard Gibson was bound over to the grand jury on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and filing a false report.
‘ Jorge Chaires must serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
‘ Thomas Williams must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
‘ Carlos Rodriguez and Beatriz Mendez must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
‘ Kyle Melson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving without a license.
‘ Robert Drewer, Thuman Crisp and Fernando Franco were instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
‘ Garrett Duggin was fined $50 plus costs and must perform 16 hours public service work for driving without a license.
‘ William Earls, David Parra, Gomez Rodrigo, Alejandro Rodriguez and Steven Kennerly were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
‘ Carlos Grissom and Kalland Saylors were fined $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.
